MAPPING BUSINESS MODELS (A KNOWLEDGE GAME)

Apologies for the ALL CAPS - it was like that. :)

This is an interesting correlation between games and mapping out a business model with a group of people. This exercise can be useful in a handful of different scenarios:

  1. generate a business model for a start-up organization
  2. develop a business model for a new product and/or service
  3. map out the business models of competitors, particularly insurgents with new business models
  4. map out and understand innovative business models in other industries as a source of inspiration
  5. communicate business models across an organization or to investors (e.g. for start-ups)
