Whoa, Apple - going a little crazy with the Photoshop filters…yikes!
I asked for a refund on an iPad app I recently bought b/c it was such a letdown. Apple refunded me as soon as the charge was posted and followed up with an email, to which I responded “Thank you!” and to which they again responded with this. Great example of great customer service.
Stainless steel iPod shuffle is a thing of beauty…until it’s all scratch up I suppose. Seriously though, very nice.
